Hello! We're hopping on to announce the brand new Seventy & Mochi collection landing on the Bias doorstep.

Seventy + mochi is a female founded, design led, consciously kind denim brand. Created in 2020, it is a tribute to family and community, to traditional craftsmanship and working women.

Since we first stocked this brand in our store in 2021, their styles flew off the rails. The iconic Pablo Jacket has been an essential staple in our collection and we're so pleased to have it in fresh new colour: Olympic Blue.

100% SUSTAINABLE ON OUR COTTON STRATEGY

Alongside their thoughtful designs, the company stood out with their sustainability achievements. Seventy & Mochi's proprietary techniques at the mill save 4800 litres of water per meter in dyeing and finishing processes.

Their cotton strategy:

1. Recycled Cotton: Repurposed from pre/post-consumer waste, it's the most sustainable, saving 98% energy and 100% water compared to virgin cotton. Sourced from their mill partner's recycling facility nearby.

2. Organic Cotton: Grown without harmful chemicals, benefiting soil, using less energy and water. GOTS certification ensures fair worker standards.

3. Hemp: A water-efficient, soil-enriching, and versatile fiber sourced from France with OCACIA certification, ensuring sustainability.

4. Eco-Friendly Elastane: They avoid conventional elastane, opting for eco-made elastane and Roica, premium degradable stretch yarns that are kinder to the environment.

Their commitment: To continuously seek innovative, low-impact yarns to stay at the forefront of sustainability in our industry.
